Seakpheng is an official of the Department of Private Investment Project Monitoring of the Council for the Development of Cambodia and a member of the secretariat in leading and coordinating the Cambodia Industrial Development Policy 2015-2025 (IDP). Currently, He is Holding a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy in Phnom Penh. He can speak 3 Languages: Khmer, English and Chinese.
