Kim Sry is an officer of the Private Investment Strategy Analysis Department of the Council for the Development of Cambodia. He holds a degree majoring in Economics and Finance from the Royal School of Administration, a dual Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Project Management from Lumière Lyon 2 University and the Royal University of Law and Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Royal University of Law and Economics.
