Sopheak 阁下是柬埔寨发展委员会的顾问。他拥有金边诺顿大学经济学士学位和经济发展硕士学位。
他会说高棉语、英语和日语 3 种语言。
Sopheak阁下还参加了斯坦福专业发展中心的高级培训课程，主题为“引领柬埔寨经济的数字化和转型”，李光耀公共政策学院的主题为“公共政策和私营部门发展”，还与日本贸易振兴机构合作参加了“日本海外直接投资促进投资”项目。

H.E Sopheak is an Advisor attached to The Council for the Development of Cambodia. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economic and Master Degree in Economic Development from Norton University in Phnom Penh.
He can speaks 3 languages Khmer, English and Japanese.
H.E Sopheak also participated in senior training courses such as Stanford Center for Professional Development in a topic of“Leading Digitalization and Transformation of the Cambodian Economy” and Lee Kuan Yew – School of Public Policy in a topic of “Public Policy and Private Sector Development”also with Japan External Trade Organization in the project of “Investment Promotion of Japanese FDI to overseas”.
